abstract = {В статье обосновано применение интеллектуальных методов семантического анализа содержания и качества текстовых документов. Отмечено, что профессиональная экспертиза таких документов является важной составляющей деятельности квалифицированных специалистов как на предприятиях, так и в образовательных учреждениях, готовящих кадры для предприятий. Показано применение разрабатываемого семантического анализатора содержания текстов. Описана сущность некоторых ключевых проверяемых характеристик текстов, таких как обстоятельность и уникальность, показано их сходство и различие. Обращено внимание на некоторые технологии оценки уникальности и сходства текстов. Указаны особенности применения современных моделей интеллектуального семантического анализа текстовой информации. Предложен вариант программной реализации такого анализа. Отмечены границы применения предлагаемых методов.

The article substantiates and describes the use of intelligent methods of the semantic content analysis and quality assessment of text documents. It is noted that the professional examination of such documents is an important component of the qualified specialists activities both at the enterprise and in educational institutions that prepare capable personnel for the enterprises. The developed semantic analyzer application of the texts content is shown. The essence of some key verifiable text characteristics, such as thoroughness and uniqueness including their similarity and difference is described. The attention is drawn to some technologies for assessing the texts uniqueness and similarity. The features of the modern models application of the intelligent textual information semantic analysis are indicated. The software implementation of such an analysis is proposed. Указываются особенности предлагаемого подхода, границы его применения. Этот подход может стать основой для разработки соответствующих программных приложений, доступных преподавателям, экспертам, всем заинтересованным пользователям. Тем самым увеличивается степень оснащения учебного процесса интеллектуальными средствами, помогающими преподавателям и способствующими повышению качества обучения в целом.

This approach can become the basis for the development of appropriate software applications available to teachers, experts, and all interested users. This increases the degree of equipping the educational process with intellectual tools that help teachers and contribute to improving the education quality in general.},

Я подготовил и опубликовал довольно много печатных материалов. И, готовя к публикации очередной материал, я каждый раз помнил основное правило — публиковать результаты работы. Не писал текст для того, чтобы написать статью или отчет. Поэтому мне трудно найти свои работу, которая вызывала бы у меня чувство неловкости.
Также отмечу, что писал и сейчас пишу довольно медленно. Для серьезных статей хорошо, если получается одна страница в день. Многократно правлю текст, пытаясь предельно точно передать свою мысль. Не всегда удаётся, но стараюсь. И, как правило, начинаю с плана, в котором фиксирую предполагаемые структуру и содержание текста. Помогает.
